Melissa Kepes resides in Richlands, NC, and has been in the real estate industry in Onslow County since 1986. Working with Ray Properties since 2014, Melissa specializes in commercial sales and leasing. Melissa was a partner and managing broker of a local firm specializing in commercial and residential sales and property management. She owned and operated a homeowners’ association management company. She has served as a director of the Jacksonville Board of Realtors for several terms and as the association’s president in 2010. She has been chairperson of the Professional Standards and Grievance Committees for JBOR, an executive board member of Onslow County Home Builders Association, Richlands Chamber of Commerce, and Richlands Rotary Club, serving three terms as the club’s president. Currently, she serves on the executive board of the Jacksonville Onslow Economic Development Commission, is vice chairman of the Onslow County Planning Board, and a member of the Town of Richlands Planning Board.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Campbell University, is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). She will be taking her final exam in April 2025 to receive the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation.
