Each unit has two 8 ft long LED strip light plus 1 exterior light. Each building has four 90 w LED wall packs for security lighting. Power is 200 AMP Phase 1 service. Each unit has 1 electrical outlet. Paved parking lot and 24 hr access. Electricity is included in rental amount unless tenant is using equipment that consumes more than average electricity there will be an electrical surcharge of $100 per month.
